Invite Midge to Talk with Your Group

WOMEN'S WELLNESS CIRCLE – A Banquet for the Psyche
January/February 2009

This eight-week class will meet weekly beginning January 9, 2009 in Ketchum, Idaho.  The class will engage tools for personal power, tools of responsibility and tools to go forward in a positive way and to take responsibility for your own life.  In the banquet we seek to balance the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual realms of the self.  The group will enjoy activities to explore meditation, movement, journaling, art and music.

“We’ll focus on building a connection amongst members to enhance external and internal resources, which expand and strengthen resilience of each participant. What’s resilience? It’s the ability to weather the storm and come back with your soul intact.”

Due to popular demand, a second class is being scheduled for March/April 2009.

Wow. I can’t even put into words how incredible a week that was. I loved every single minute, aspect and person. You truly have an amazing thing here to offer people and you are the perfect person to take people on this journey.

The week exceeded my expectations and opened my eyes and mind to things I never in any lifetime would have gotten to experience without you. I am so thankful I was able to go and was able to keep an open mind. The e-mail you sent yesterday really helped me. It was hard re-entering the city world alone. I have been trying all weekend to breathe and relax and the e-mail reminded me of that.

I cannot wait to see all the pictures and to start to process and slowly take in what we experienced. It was just the greatest thing I ever could have done and the most amazing week.
